Full bank reconciliation and trial balance facilities. Includes Reconciliation Wizard to make balancing even easier. Full record of all entries reconciled for audit purposes.

Receipts
Print receipts "live" or tallyroll entry for handwritten receipts. Unique "QUICK" receipt for tenants usual payments. Receipt direct to owners, sales and general accounts. Receipt tenant rent deposit book payments. All files updated during receipting process. AGENTS commission calculated during receipting and protected from disbursements. Numerous payment methods available for all receipts - Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, EFTPOS, BPAY, BankCard and various tenant payment cards (contact us for more details).
Banking
Compiled during the receipting process. Details of cash and cheque payments on screen. Banking forms for the bank can be printed on demand. A previous banking can be reprinted.
Cheques
Print cheques or enter details for handwritten cheques. One cheque can include any number of transactions and can be drawn from any number of different accounts. The system will not allow ANY trust account to be overdrawn when drawing cheques.
Creditors
System creditors reduce month end bottleneck. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) of creditor payments. Enter invoices at your leisure. Draw all or selected creditor cheques (can also be done in priority order or by creditor type), and print creditor remittance advices. Ability to automatically withhold money from owners if invoices are due.
Owners
Banking taxes can be drawn/set per owner (Note: FID and BAD taxes are no longer charged in NSW). Outgoing commission, sundry fees set per owner. Fixed management fee if required set per owner. Facility to handle multiple owners. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) of owner disbursements. Year to date figures for owners. Extra statement copies if required. Owner receipting screen for money received directly from owners. Owner building files and comprehensive reports.
Properties
Provision for all types of property management, including commercial properties. Up to 5 income charges per commercial property, each with own commission rates, paid to dates etc. Agents rental commission set per property, per rent boma with comprehensive reports.
Tenants
Tenant debt files. Four levels of tenant arrears notices. Full reconciliation of tenant bonds. Tenant rent statements and tenancy schedules. Full range of tenancy reports. Tenant rent deposit book payment facility.

Lettings

Owner funds can be withheld from disbursement (eg. for creditor payments). Fully reconcile prior to accounting to owners. Print owners statements, cheques, bank deposit forms and address labels. Automatically prints statements for split owners. Ability to email owner statements from within the program. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) of owner funds. Full month end bank reconciliation and trial balance. All ledgers and journals required by statute.
Repairs
Register
Repairs Register to keep track of repairs that are needed for your properties. Repairs Report to keep track of any repairs that you have recorded in the Repairs Register. Ability to merge a quote to Word to send to the creditor. Creation of creditor invoice from Repairs Register once repair complete.

Comprehensive online help system built in. Complete program manual and Troubleshooting Manual included with purchase of the program.
Sundry
Provision for either plain paper or pre-printed stationery. Speedy bank statement entry and reconciliation program with discrepancies highlighted. Transfer funds within the system.
