Attention All Mail Merge Error |

Microsoft have this week, released an update to Microsoft Word.
PLEASE DO NOT UPDATE, this update has resulted in Rent Trust (and other applications) not being able to merge with Microsoft Word.
Problems will be seen when creating Job Sheets, Arrears Letters & Manual Mail Merge.
If you have already updated, you will need to have your Technician wind back the update, edit your registry files and turn off automatic updates.
We will have instructions on this process asap.

Holiday Support Hours

Morning Everyone
Please be advised that we do not recommend updating to Windows 7 when it is released.
We will not be supporting anyone who does upgrade to Windows 7 as we are not aware whether Rent Trust or Sales Trust will function correctly on this platform.
We will keep you informed, but please don't upgrade to Windows 7 if you can help it.

SUPPORT
